Get a hot nice shower everynight

Am just saying, pamper yourself. Always get a hot nice shower before going to bed in the night time. It relieves those achy muscles, plus it deepens the sleep behavior of the body. You might even achieve REM in making it a habit.

Don't forget to end your hot shower with a 20 second bristle of cold water to close the pores on your skin. Wrap yourself with the towel and get ready for bed.
