Learn to practice humility at all times. Although success is quite obvious, it's still "subjective" from the perception of others.
After all, you won't get hurt if you are humble. As the saying goes "Lucky are those who are humble in spirit for the more they are lowly in their great deeds, the more they will be lifted up"
