Busy, busy, busy. But hey! Don't let your body suffer. Working-out at least 30 minutes a day could give enormous benefits. Need i mention it?
The difficult part though of working out is the willingness and motivation in being consistent with it. Sometimes you get to start it then after 2 days, you're lazy and just QUIT. Oh! no!
Another bad thing is, you don't get results overnight.
Here's my thought about this: it's your choice!
