When to use Twitter and Facebook to air your Customer Service Concerns?

I know! Everyone has it's own experience getting pissed off by talking to call center peeps, even escalating to the "so-called" SUPERVISORS! They can only do enough (well? the least of times maybe...)
(i've got nothing against call center peeps cuz i was once before in that field, and that's gonna be a different blog next time inshallah :-)

I've had enough of these back in Philippines like Globe Broadband, PLDT, Smart to name a few... For some reasons, it's just  human nature that BAD EXPERIENCES (customer service) mark or leave footprints in the brain, nevertheless the good customer experience is just then being overthrown or shadowed-over by these bad delivery of good service which a consumer expects due to the numerous occurrences.

So at times, you just wanna blurt out the "Excuse my  French" thing over the phone, although it's not really the person whom you are directing at, BUT the service itself... Well, Those were the days!!!
Here comes Social Networking as a medium to air and voice over your feedback regarding bad, incompetent and awful service...

If you have Facebook (raise your hand if you don't have one), you can post or describe how the service got you inconvenienced... and for sure some of your friends over the network would drop a comment.
If you have a Twitter account, follow the specific company that gave you a headache or those higher ops on the company (corporations nowadays have their own twitter accounts and even their high ranking officers as well).

Do your homework and do some googling in search for these peeps.

Really! these guys in the higher ranks have an eye for seeing the big picture... for each customer is valuable, the power of "word of mouth" multiplies when a single upset customer spreads the bad service he got, which in turn gives a domino effect to have him believed especially by his circle of friends. Not only that these guys have the power, but they have the attitude to Help for Real!!!

Moreover, if you have a BLOG, and the traffic on it is quite nice, then that would be another channel to express your boredom and dissatisfaction. But don't forget to put some positivity to it! Of course, you don't want to sound like a whining car.

If you had one bad experience, and you feel like you've been robbed and abused, i do not encourage you to follow the above, it's still your choice, your discretion!
